FAQ
The questionsowners ask first.
Straight answers on fees, earnings, legal compliance and how the day-to-day actually works. If you don't see your question, just ask.
01
Earnings & pricing
It depends on location, size, condition and seasonality. As a guide, a well-presented one-bedroom in central Prague typically grosses CZK 45,000–75,000 per month after platform fees. We provide a free, data-backed appraisal with realistic low / mid / high scenarios — no inflated promises.
02
Getting started
Most properties are guest-ready within 7–14 days of signing. That includes professional photography, listing copy, multi-platform syndication and dynamic pricing setup.
03
Operations & guests
Airbnb and Booking.com as standard, with calendars synced in real time to prevent double bookings. We also accept direct bookings via your own listing page.
04
Legal & compliance
Yes. Short-term rental is legal across Czechia. Owners must register with the local authority, pay tourist tax and declare income. We handle the day-to-day reporting (guest registration via Ubyport, tourist tax remittance) on your behalf.
